All undergraduate students, including honours students, and graduate coursework students may also apply for Melbourne Global Financial Assistance, which provides a grant of an amount determined on the basis of financial need. Such grants will not normally exceed $2,000 in value. This assistance is awarded on the basis of financial need, where the receipt of benefits, scholarships, destination, length of study and parental assistance are all taken into consideration. Financial Assistance applications are available from Melbourne Global Mobility and are processed after the Melbourne Global Scholarship awards have been made.
