Tsinghua University will not accept applications for exchange from Chinese citizens. Students wishing to study subjects other than Chinese language at Tsinghua University will only be able to do so in Mandarin. They will need to sit a language test when they arrive or have a current HSK language test result of Level 6 or higher.
